How do you reach the next generation of job seekers? You meet them where they already spend more than 20 hours a week. Gamers build real-world skills every day—organizing teams, planning strategies, solving problems, and leading under pressure. We created Job City, an Indeed experience on Roblox that helps players translate those in-game achievements into workplace skills. As Creative Director, I partnered closely with Roblox and Super League, leading the project from concept through design, playtesting, and launch. The result exceeded every expectation: more than 2 million players spent an average of 7+ minutes exploring Job City and discovering how their gaming skills can translate into career opportunities.
