As a Creative Director at Indeed I was responsible for scaling up in-house social capabilities. One of my favorite projects was for Pride. The assignment was clear: Give the mic to people in the community. We partnered with 5 LGBTQIA+ content creators and gave them a simple prompt: At work, how do you 'show up with pride'?
